What to know before you book.
Booking and deposits
Book a chair with Jolynn or Dahir, or pick a service and take the next open chair. No deposit is taken, and booking holds your time.
How the line works
Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Friday when a chair is open. Put your name on the board by the door. Waits vary; the board shows who is next. Booked clients are seen at their time, and the line waits. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move your time, by call, text or the booking page. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time; after that we offer it to the next name on the board.
If you miss an appointment
A missed visit is noted on your booking. After a second one, we ask you to confirm by text before we hold a time for you again.
Children and companions
Kids are welcome. Kids' cuts are for ages 12 and under, and a parent stays in the shop. One person waits with each client so the chairs and the board stay clear.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Most fixes are a quick touch-up at the chair.
Tipping
Tips go to the barber who cut your hair. Leave one in cash at the chair or on the card machine.
